Water Mist System Installation
As part of this project, we are installing an advanced water mist fire suppression system within the Silkyara Tunnel. This innovative system is designed to provide effective fire protection by utilizing fine water droplets to suppress flames and reduce heat levels, ensuring rapid cooling in the event of a fire.
PURPOSE
At the Silkyara-Barkot Tunnel Project, our goal is to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency throughout the installation of our advanced water mist fire suppression system.
SCOPE
Delivery : Main components such as pipes, pumps, valves, section valves, nozzles, and linear heat sensing (LHS) cables will be delivered to the site.
Accessories : Delivery of necessary fittings, supports, thread rods, hangers, etc.
Storage : Proper storage of materials in client-provided facilities, following manufacturer guidelines.
Installation : Implementation of the high-pressure water mist system according to approved drawings.
Quality Assurance : Maintaining the system's quality as per the approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
Inspections : Periodic inspections and testing according to the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
Commissioning : Final testing and commissioning of the entire system following the approved Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
